Riana "RiRi" Zackery nee Fonseca is a Belizean-American Chef specializing in fusing cuisines. Riana grew up in Belize (Caribbean/Central America) where her mom owned a fast-food restaurant. On Fridays her mom would serve specials like chicken alfredo and Belizean rice & beans which peeked her interest in cooking. While her mom was working long hours, at the age of 12 Chef RiRi would attempt recreating her mom's dishes, which grew her love for cooking. Eventually, her family moved to the US where she continued experimenting with recipes.
In June 2021 Riana experienced pregnancy complications where she had to make a decision to protect the life of her unborn child. She left her career of selling cars to pursue a passion, cooking. She began serving customers in her local area and the rest is history. Chef RiRi has since then, landed deals with local hotels and businesses which provides her the opportunity of  managing care and providing beyond her wildest dreams for her family. --The story of how a dream - became reality!
